You have absolute control over the projects in your list. creating, removing, updating and changing the order, So you can sort the most important items at the top.
You choose the status
Rather than restrict you to a fixed choice of status settings, AppNotes allows you to choose your own to suit. This makes it much easier when reading the list to understand where your project is, at a glance.
Pass on the update via email
There may be others you need to inform about a particular project, either you need their input or you need to report on progress. AppNotes allows you to send the details of any item via email, including a lookup for people in your Address Book.
